Business advice shouldn't make business harder.
Little Business Works was built for people who want to turn an idea into something real — without the hype, the giant business plan or another expensive platform telling them they can do anything.
Starting a business shouldn't require figuring out everything at once.
There is more information about starting a business than ever before. That's part of the problem.
Search for help and you'll find enormous business plans, expensive software, conflicting advice, endless subscriptions and plenty of people promising that the right formula will change your life.
Most people don't need more information. They need help figuring out which questions matter right now.
That's what Little Business Works is being built to do.
CLARITY BEFORE COMPLEXITY
Start with the question in front of you instead of trying to solve the entire business at once.
EVIDENCE BEFORE ENCOURAGEMENT
A useful tool shouldn't simply tell you what you want to hear. Good decisions need evidence, context and honest uncertainty.
PROGRESS BEFORE PERFECTION
You don't need every answer before you begin. You need enough information to make the next smart move.
Wherever you are, there's a next step.
Instead of treating business building like one enormous project, Little Business Works breaks it into four questions you can actually answer.
DISCOVER IT
What kind of business makes sense for me?Explore possibilities that fit your skills, experience, interests, resources, and goals.
TEST IT
Is this actually a good idea?Research the opportunity before committing serious time and money.
BUILD IT
How do I turn this into a real business?Turn what you've learned into a clear offer, practical foundation, and path to launch.
GROW IT
How do I get customers and make this sustainable?Use what you're learning to make smarter marketing and growth decisions.
No hype. No magic formulas. Just better decisions.
We don't believe every business idea is a winner. We don't believe AI knows everything. And we don't believe you should have to spend hundreds of dollars just to figure out whether something is worth pursuing. Our job is to help you see the opportunity, the risks and the unanswered questions clearly enough to decide what comes next.
The tools I wish I'd had.
Little Business Works grew out of years spent working in marketing, strategy, content and digital projects — and from trying to build businesses of my own.
I kept running into the same problem: there was plenty of advice about entrepreneurship, but much less practical help answering the questions that actually mattered in the moment.
Is this idea actually any good? What should I build? How do I find customers? What should I focus on next?
LBW is being built around those questions — with practical tools, research and guidance designed to help you make a better next decision without making business more complicated than it already is.
You don't have to know everything. You just need a next step.
Explore practical tools and resources designed to help you figure out what comes next.
